Working Process Flow
Feeding Conveyor Belt

This conveyor belt is designed to smoothly and continuously feed loose soft PP film or bags into the compacting force feeder. It features an anti-slip surface to prevent the material from slipping or sliding during the feeding process. The conveyor belt is inlerlocked with the behind compactor, and feeding speed is adjust to ensure uniform material flow, preventing blockages or interruptions, thereby enhancing overall granulator stability.
Semi-Auto Metal Detector

This unit detects the incoming metal contaminants (e.g., iron, copper, stainless steel) from the material before it enters the compactor, protecting downstream equipment (especially screws and die heads) from damage. The semi-automatic design offers easy operation and adjustable sensitivity, effectively reducing machine failure rates.
Compacting Force Feeder

With multiple rotary and fixed blades to cut the flexible plastic material at high speed, and forcefully compressing it into high density agglomerates for direct feeding into the screw extruder. It increases bulk density, improves extrusion efficiency, and prevents bridging or unstable feeding into the extruder.
Single Screw Extruder (First Stage)

Features a suitable length-to-diameter ratio and high-performance screw design, efficiently plasticizing, melting, and mixing PE/PP materials under high temperatures. The optimized screw geometry offers excellent melt consistency, and high output, serving as the core equipment for primary plasticization stage, Its reliable performance directly contributes to the stability and efficiency of the entire plastic pelletizing line
Vacuum Degassing System

Removes residual moisture, air, and low molecular weight volatiles from the melt via a vacuum pump at the middle section of the main extruder. It effectively reduces bubbles and odors in the pellets, improving final product density and transparency, which is a critical device for upgrading final pelelts quality.
Laser Filter-Self Cleaning Type

Installed at the first-stage extruder outlet, also known as a self-cleaning melt filter, it replaces traditional wire mesh with a solid filter plate that has precision laser-drilled holes, which donot deform under high pressure. Its automatic scraper system continuously cleans the filter plate during operation, eliminating manual screen changes and minimizing melt loss, ensures stable melt pressure and consistent pellet quality.
Degassing Die Head

Mounted at the end of the first extruder, it further removes residual gas and moisture from the melt as it passes through, while evenly dividing the melt into multiple strands. Combines degassing and shaping functions, providing uniform strands for subsequent process
Single Screw Extruder (Second Stage)

Features a good L/D ratio to, further compounding, pressurizing, and filtering the melt from the first stage screw extruder. Operates also at very high temperatures to enhance melt uniformity, ensuring consistent density and stable output of the extruded strands.
Hydraulic Screen Changer-Piston Type

Provides secondary filtration of fine impurities and gel particles from the melt at the second-stage extruder outlet. The dual-filtration design significantly enhances final pellet purity, making it especially suitable for high-end applications with stringent impurity requirements. Both plate-type and piston-type filters are available as options.
Die Head

Extrudes the fully plasticized and filtered melt into multiple continuous round strands (shape as noodles) with uniform distribution. The flow channels are optimally designed to ensure stable and uniform output, thereby guaranteeing consistent strand diameter for subsequent cooling and efficient pelletizing operations.
Water Cooling Tank

A circulating cooling water system rapidly reduces the temperature of the hot strands to solidify them into their final shape. The cooling length and water temperature are both adjustable, ensuring uniform internal and external strand temperature, preventing yellowing or internal stress caused by uneven cooling.
Shaking And Air Drying Machine

Removes most surface water from the strands via high frequency vibration, combined with strong airflow for initial air drying. The vibration also aligns and organizes the strands for smooth entry into subsequent drying stages, improving overall drying efficiency.
Air Blower Dryer

Uses a high pressure blower to generate strong airflow for secondary deep drying, ensuring the strands are completely dry before pelletizing. Effectively prevent common quality issues such as yellow discoloration or porous surface defects that may arise during the subsequent pelletizing stage.
Pelletizing Cutter

The dried strands are precisely cut into uniform cylindrical pellets at set lengths. Equipped with high precision wear-resistant blades, producing clean cut pellets with minimal dust and consistent size, ensuring excellent pellets appearance and quality.
Vibration Screen

The cut pellets are fed through a double layer screening system, which effectively separates oversized particles and fine powders from the product stream, and remaining only uniform-sized, well-shaped quality pellets. Effectively improves pellets yield and batch-to-batch consistency.
Air Feeding System & Silo

Automatically conveys qualified pellets into the storage silo via compressed air. The fully enclosed pipeline prevents secondary contamination and saves labor, while the silo also allows thorough mixing and homogenization of pellets to ensure stable batch quality.
Electric Control Cabinet

This system integrates electrical control, variable frequency drives, temperature regulation, and fault alarm mechanisms for all connected equipment. It features a centralized, user-friendly interface that allows for convenient parameter adjustments, while comprehensive overload protection and interlock functions are incorporated to safeguard the equipment and personnel.
Water Chiller Machine

The chiller supplies consistently low-temperature coolant to cool down the water, which will be used for cooling the extruder barrel to prevent material degradation, solidifying molten strands in the water bath to avoid deformation, and instantly hardening freshly cut pellets to eliminate defects like tailing or clumping.
