Material Before And After Recycling
The rigid waste plastic recycling machine begins with shredding and crushing to process the material into uniform flakes (10–20 mm). The flakes are then separated from heavy impurities through a sink float tank. For stubborn contaminants, hot washing at 60–90°C is optional choice, followed by freshwater rinsing to remove residual chemicals. The clean flakes are dewatered by centrifuge to approximately 3–5% moisture content, then dried by hot-air or centrifugal dryer again to ≤1–2%, and finally conveyed to storage silos or big bags for collection and storage.
