  • Material: PE/HDPE films, baled or rolled agricultural mulch films, stretch films, various packaging films, loose PE woven bags, packaging sacks, drip irrigation tapes, and other post-industrial and post-consumer soft plastic waste.
  • Process Flow:This plastic washing machine first uses a heavy-duty swing-arm shredder to coarsely shred baled or rolled films, followed by a secondary crusher for further size reduction. The crushed material then passes through a friction washing machine to remove surface contaminants such as soil and sand. Subsequently, the material enters a multi-stage washing system, which includes flotation separation, hot washing with chemical reagents, and clean water rinsing to thoroughly eliminate stubborn impurities and chemical residues. After washing, the clean material is fed into a squeeze compactor-pelletizer, where mechanical extrusion further removes moisture while simultaneously semi-plasticizing the material and forming it into uniform flakes, suitable for storage or direct feeding into the granulation process.
  • Capacity:The waste plastic recycling machine has an input capacity of 300–1,000 kg/h. It transforms waste soft plastics into clean, dry, semi-plasticized flakes with a final moisture content of less than 1–2%.
