  • Process:
  • Our PE film and PP bag plastic recycling line first uses a heavy-duty crusher to crush the raw materials, and uses a friction cleaning machine to remove surface pollutants such as soil and sand. Then the multi-channel cleaning system removes stubborn impurities and chemical residues through flotation separation, hot washing, and rinsing with clean water. Finally, the clean sheet material is dehydrated and hot air dried to a moisture content below 1-2%, and can be stored or directly sent to the granulation process
  • Capacity: input capacity 300-1000kg/h for this waste plastic recycling line, ultimately turning the material into clean dry plastic bag pieces
