The TM-Series Waste Plastic films bags Crusher Machine is a recycling and crushing equipment designed specifically for flexible plastic waste such as PE agricultural film, packaging film, PP woven bags, plastic soft film, and stretch film. Its optimized structure addresses the pain points of soft films being prone to tangling, slipping, and clogging.
It can cut and shred rolls, bundles, and clumps of waste film into uniform fragments in one go, completing volume reduction pretreatment.
The crushed flakes can directly enter the washing line, granulator, squeezer pelletizing machine, agglomerator,and baler. It is a core pre-processing equipment in plastic recycling production lines and is widely applicable to small recycling workshops and large recycling plants for cross-border complete shipments.

Working Process Flow
Manual feeding or conveyor belt

Two feeding modes are available for selection. The inclined belt conveyor realizes automatic continuous feeding to cut labor costs. Manual direct feeding into the hopper is also applicable for small-batch production, offering high flexibility to meet diverse production requirements.
Metal detector

An optional metal detector can be fitted on the feeding conveyor. Once metal contaminants are sensed, the conveyor belt will halt automatically with an alarm activated. The equipment will not restart until the metal foreign object is manually cleared by operators. Detection sensitivity: Ferrous metal ≥8mm, non-ferrous metal ≥10mm.
Motor

Optional motor brands are available, including WEG, Siemens and well-known domestic Chinese manufacturers. All motors adopt full-copper windings to deliver stable output and powerful torque. Equipped with heat-dissipating fan hoods to maintain stable motor performance and extend service life. The motor shaft is precision-machined from high-hardness material for superior durability.
Rotor

The rotor of the crusher is forged from premium 40Cr alloy steel and subject to complete heat treatment. It achieves an optimal balance of high hardness and excellent toughness, capable of enduring long-term high-load continuous operation.
Screen mesh

Our crusher screen uses 10mm thick high-grade steel to guarantee long service life. Standard mesh size is 14–16mm, and customized bigger or smaller sizes are supported. Built-in flanges allow quick mounting, removal and replacement.
Rotor blades

The widened rotor blades support regrinding for 20 to 25 times, effectively cutting your replacement cost. We offer blade material including SKD-11, D2, DC53, or handox, etc for buyer optional choice.
Hydraulic control

Equipped with hydraulic cavity opening system, no need to remove bolts manually. Simply press one hydraulic button to open the chamber, so you can quickly swap out moving blades, stationary knives and bottom screens.
Electrical control panel

Our electrical control panel uses Siemens PLC, Schneider contactors & buttons and ABB inverters. It is fitted with automatic overload protection. If overcurrent from heavy load is detected, the main motor will stop and reverse automatically to clear jammed plastics.
Screw loader

Finished materials can be discharged via an optional screw conveyor or directly transferred to the subsequent processing equipment. The rotor shaft of the screw conveyor is manufactured from seamless steel pipe for enhanced structural strength.
