Material Before And After Recycling
SM-Series Waste Plastic Bottle Crusher Machine is a core crushing machinery in plastic washing lines, plastic recycling and granulation production lines, etc. It is widely used in plastic processing plants, waste plastic recycling plants, etc. It can crush various waste hard plastics and production scraps into thin flakes of uniform size, which facilitates subsequent cleaning, melting and granulation, realizes the recycling of plastic resources, and significantly reduces production costs.
If do wet crushing, the parts exposed to water will be made of stainless steel. We can also customize materials such as 316 or 316L stainless steel according to your needs.
Screen mesh is made by 10 mm thick steel for durable use.For crushing PET bottles or cans, we recommend using a 14-16mm sieve. However, for HDPE, PP, and ABS bottles or cans, we suggest increasing the size to 16-20mm. Of course, if you require smaller or larger crushing sizes, we are happy to offer advice and customize for you.

Working Process Flow
Manual Feeding Or Conveyor Belt
Two feeding ways available. The inclined belt conveyor enables automatic continuous feeding to save labor. For small batches, manual feeding directly into the hopper is also supported, flexible for various production demands.
Semi-Auto Metal Detector
Optional metal detector is installed on the feeding conveyor. It will stop the belt and trigger an alarm once metal is detected. The machine resumes operation only after workers remove the metal. Detection sensitivity: ≥8mm for ferrous metal, ≥10mm for non-ferrous metal.
Main Motor
We provide optional motors including WEG, INNOMOTICS (Siemens brand) and other famous domestic brands. All copper design for smooth output and Strong Power. Radiator hood for make the motor performance good and can be used for a long time. High Hardness Shaft for seiko manufacturing, more durable.
Inside Rotor And Cutter
The machine's rotor is forged from high-quality 40Cr alloy steel, balancing high hardness with superior toughness to withstand long-term, high-intensity operation. The claw-type blade holder design makes crushing more efficient. Furthermore, it facilitates the removal and replacement of blades.
Blades
The blades tip are more wider can be sharpened 20-25 times, it will save the blades cost. Blades mateial can also be customized according to buyer’s request such as SKD-11, D2, DC53, or handox, etc.
Screen Mesh
The crusher screen is made of 10mm thick high-quality steel, ensuring a long service life. The standard screen size is 14-16mm, but smaller or larger sizes can be customized. Flange is provided for easy installation, disassembly, and replacement.
Auto Opening Of Hopper
Screw motor for opening the hopper avoid the need for manual bolt removal; we can also make the hopper opens by hydraulic system for a quick replacement of the rotary blade, fixed blade, and bottom screen mesh.
Electrical Control Panel
The electric control box adopts Siemens PLC, Schneider contactors & buttons, and ABB frequency converter. It features an automatic overload protection system: once high motor load current is detected, the main motor will stop and reverse automatically to clear jammed materials.
Screw Loader
Plastic flakes after crushing can be discharged directly then manually be collected by workers, we also suggest a screw loader and double packing frame put after this crusher machine, with jumbo bags put underneath for easy collection.
