Working Process Flow
Vacuum Loader

Feeding virgin or regrind PP pellets automatically into the hopper dryer, the vacuum pump generates negative pressure and draws the material into the receiver through a sealed hose. When the receiver reaches the preset material level or operating time cycle, the vacuum system automatically shuts down, and the material is immediately discharged into the dryer hopper through the discharge valve.
Hopper Dryer

Drying PP materials to remove surface moisture at 80-120 degree so it can prevent the marks, brittleness or hydrolysis during extrusion, and reduces the process fluctuations and scrap rates, increase the capacity of production line
Single Screw Extruder

The specially designed screw melts plastic at high temperatures, resulting in a high plasticizing rate, uniform melt, and continuous and stable production
- Equipped with a stable additive feeding system
- Motor speed adjust by inverter
- Screw and barrel made of 38CrMnAIA with nitriding treatment extend the machine's lifespan
Hydraulic Screen Changer

Impurities are filtered out by the screen to ensure the clean and uniform melt
- The screen is driven by hydraulic that change every fast, it can be replaced without stopping the extruder machine
Metering Pump

The material is precisely delivered into the die head with a constant, pulsation-free flow rate and pressure, ensuring uniform output thickness
Die Mold

Strap shape molding, the size and thickness can adjustable
- Made by 38CrMnAlA material with poshing, heating and quenching treatment
Water Cooling Tank

After the material exits the die head, it is cooled by a water tank
- Adopts profile steel welding, the fixing surface is precision treated to guarantee fix.
- The tank body adopts stainless steel
- Liquid level controller to keep the water level constant
Haul- Off Machine

Used to pulls the extruded pp strap through a series of rollers under controlled tension, ensuring the cross-sectional shape is stable and consistent before the strap enters the next processing stage
Hot Air Circulation Oven

With the air blower cycling the heated air and improve product consistency and also with double layers, heat insulation layer inner to minimize heat loss and improve energy efficiency
Stretching Machine (1 or 2 sets in series)

Precise control of the stretching process further optimizes the toughness and strength of the strap

Embossing Machine

Patterns are created on the PP strap to increase friction, improve strapping security, and enhance the product's appearance.

Tensile Remove Forming Tank

The stretched PP strap undergoes heat setting to eliminate internal stress and stabilize dimensions; it is then cooled and formed in a water tank
Automatic Winder Machine

The PP strap is neatly and tightly wound into rolls of the specified size.
