PP Strap Production Line

  • Machine: SJ-series PP Packing Strap Production Line.
  • Material: Virgin PP granules, or recycled PP granules;
  • Process: Feeding, drying, high-temperature melting, filtering impurities, extrusion into thick sheets, cold water cooling and shaping, stretching to improve strength and toughness, heat shaping to relieve stress, embossing to increase friction, and finally winding.

Working Process Flow

Vacuum Loader

Feeding virgin or regrind PP pellets automatically into the hopper dryer, the vacuum pump generates negative pressure and draws the material into the receiver through a sealed hose. When the receiver reaches the preset material level or operating time cycle, the vacuum system automatically shuts down, and the material is immediately discharged into the dryer hopper through the discharge valve.

Drying PP materials to remove surface moisture at 80-120 degree so it can prevent the marks, brittleness or hydrolysis during extrusion, and reduces the process fluctuations and scrap rates, increase the capacity of production line

Single Screw Extruder

The specially designed screw melts plastic at high temperatures, resulting in a high plasticizing rate, uniform melt, and continuous and stable production
