Working Process Flow
Honeycomb Crystallizer Dryer
Crystallization is achieved by heating and stirring the PET raw material, preventing the PET material from sticking and clumping at high temperatures. Simultaneously, surface moisture is initially removed

Dehumidify Machine
Removing moisture from PET material to avoid hydrolysis and ensure stable extrusion and high strap strength

Screw Loader
Feeding recycled PET bottle flakes, PET granules and other raw materials to next machine
- Screws, barrels and grooves that contact with the material are made of stainless steel
Single Screw Extruder
The specially designed screw melts plastic at high temperatures, resulting in a high plasticizing rate, uniform melt, and continuous and stable production
- Equipped with a stable additive feeding system
- Motor speed adjust by inverter
- Screw and barrel made of 38CrMnAIA with nitriding treatment extend the machine's lifespan
CPF Filter Machine
Precisely filter impurities from molten plastic to ensure product quality and production continuity, filter area is more bigger than other type that can reduce the times of change the filter screen mesh
Metering Pump
The material is precisely delivered into the die head with a constant, pulsation-free flow rate and pressure, ensuring uniform output thickness
Die Mold
Strap shape molding, the size and thickness can adjustable
- Made by 38CrMnAlA material with poshing, heating and quenching treatment
Water Cooling Tank
After the material exits the die head, it is cooled by a water tank
- Adopts profile steel welding, the fixing surface is precision treated to guarantee fix.
- The tank body adopts stainless steel

Haul-Off Machine
Used to stabilize the shape of the strap and control the conveyor speed

Hot Air Circulation Oven Machine
With the air blower cycling the hot air for full and equal heating up
- Double layers, inside is equipped with adiabatic layer
Stretching Machine(2 or 3 sets in series)

Embossing Machine
Patterns are created on the PET strap to increase friction, improve strapping security, and enhance the product's appearance.

Heating Forming Tank
The stretched PET strap undergoes heat setting to eliminate internal stress and stabilize dimensions; it is then cooled and formed in a water tank
Automatic Winder Machine
The PET strap is neatly and tightly wound into rolls of the specified size.
- Speed adjust by torque motor
- With the automatic weight system, once the roll is full it will alarm and automatic stop
Electric Control Panel
Control the whole line on/off, can choose the PLC control touch screen which use interface for operators to monitor, control, and optimize the entire process in real time
