This Sewage Treatment System Plastic Recycling Waste Water Treatment Plant is designed by MOOGE, which is mainly designed to treat the waste water from the waste plastic recycling washing line. With the flocculation and filtration method, sewage after treated turns into clean water that can be recycling use.

Machine Details

Chemical Feeding

1. Three PE Barrel filled with chemical reaction material.

2. Each barrel with individual pump and chemical feeding device

3. The PH of the water will be adjust to best reaction state by the three automatically feeding

Air Floating Tank

1. This system is used for solid-liquid separation

2. With the dissolved air pump and floating tank will easily separate the solid sand and liquid water

3. The whole tank is made by stainless steel 304

4. With sludge scraper made by PVDF

Filter Recoil Pump with good brand

1. The pump is provide by SOUTH PUMP famous brand

2. Equipped with two sets shift use to ensure the system running with non-stop

3. The pipe connect with the pump is finely made

Filter Tank

1. Two filter tank: carbon filter tank and sand filter tank

2. Each tank with the filter material inside

3. The tank are also made by stainless steel

4. The water after this filter tank will be more clean

Plate and Frame Press Filter

1. Press the sludge into dry form for easily carry-away

2. The sludge after press will get two kinds of form, dry form and liquid form

3. Dry form will be carried away and liquid form will come back to the water treatment for further processing
