For the recycling, crushing and washing of PET beverage bottles and mineral water bottles, it can effectively separate PE caps, PVC bottle labels, etc. mixed in PET bottle flakes, and provide pretreatment for the preparation of PET recycled granules. The production line is used for PET bottle recycling, and has the functions of PET bottle crushing, impurity cleaning and bottle flake drying.

The final product can be used to produce PET Straps, PET Sheets, Fiber, Yarn etc.

Function: Opening the plastic bottle bales and scatter the bottles

Trommel Machine

Function: Loosen the bottles, remove the sand or stone from bottles, feeding out bottles constantly

Label Remover Machine

 Function:Remove the labels from the waste PET bottles 

Pre-washer Machine (Optional Choice)

 Function: With steam to pre-wash the bottles and remove out the dirty
