As we all know, the recycling of PET bottles is the most important part of plastic recycling today, and MOOGETECH has also focused on the research of PET recycling for many years. 

Usually we have the following steps to deal with complete PET bottles, Sorting → Crushing → Washing → Drying.

PET waste bottles are dirty and must undergo strict washing before Pelletizing to remove oil, dust and other sundries. In addition, waste PET bottles are often accompanied by accessories such as bottle caps, labels, and bottom brackets, because they are usually made of made of PP/PE and other materials, they are incompatible with PET. Therefore, in the recycling and pelletizing process of waste PET bottles, these accessories must be sorted out separately.

Bale Opener

Function: Opening the plastic bottle bales and scatter the bottles

Trommel Machine

Function: Loosen the bottles, remove the sand or stone from bottles, feeding out bottles constantly

Manual Sorting Belt (with high platform)

Function: Sorting out the remain labels manually, selecting out different color and Non-PET bottles

Plastic Crusher Machine

Function: Crushing the bottles into small flakes, wet working with water

Floating Washing Tank

Function: Washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty from the bottle flakes

Hot Washer Tank

Function: With hot water and chemical reagent to washing off the oil, glue and dirty

Horizontal Dewatering Machine

Function: Remove the water from the flakes

Hot Air Exchanger

Function: With hot air drying the flakes

Zig-zag Air Classifier

Function: Remove residual fines/dust/labels

Color Sorter (Optional Choice)

Function: Sorting out the different color of flakes
