Product Description
The Mooge Tech Europe Design Waste Polyester Bottles Crushing Machine and PET Recycling Washing Line is an exceptionally crafted system, designed for recycling PET bottles efficiently and effectively. The process flow of this line is meticulously structured to ensure the highest quality of recycled PET material.
The process begins with the Belt Conveyor, which transports the waste PET bottles into the system. Following this, the Bale Opener effectively opens the plastic bottle bales, scattering the bottles for further processing. The next step involves the Bottle Screw Conveyor, which feeds the bottles into the Trommel. The Trommel is crucial for loosening the bottles and removing impurities like sand or stones.
After the Trommel, the bottles move to a Sorting Platform where further segregation and inspection occur. The Label Remover then takes over, efficiently stripping the bottles of their labels. Another Bottle Screw Conveyor moves the de-labeled bottles to the Crusher. Here, the bottles are crushed into small, manageable flakes.
The crushed flakes are then transported through a series of washing and cleaning stages. The Screw Loader feeds these flakes into the 1# Floating Washing Tank, where floating caps and rings are removed. Subsequently, the Friction Dewatering Washer and the Hot Washer, assisted by another Screw Loader, clean the flakes thoroughly.
The process continues with the flakes passing through the 2# and 3# Floating Washing Tanks, ensuring meticulous cleaning.
Following the washing stages, the Horizontal Dewatering Machine removes excess water from the flakes. A Hot Air Dryer and a Zigzag Air Classifier further process the flakes, drying them and removing residual fines, dust, or labels. Finally, the flakes are stored in a Storage Silo, ready for further recycling applications
