This MOOGE customized Water Ring Cutting Plastic PE Granules Making Machine is a compacting pelletizing machine. It is designed for soft plastic LLDPE film, LDPE film, HDPE film, PE bags, PLA film, etc.

It starts with a conveyor belt that feeds the plastic material to a compacting force feeder. Machine Details
Compacting Force Feeder
1. Optimal designed guide structure compacts and cuts the material and directs it into extruder screw.
2. The combination of high speed rotary blades and fixed blades inside for better cutting effect.
3. With temperature protection system
4. The compactor where touched plastic material are all made by stainless steel.
5. With water cooling system
Single Screw Extruder
1. A specialized single screw extruder will melt the pre-compacted material
2. No vibrating when machine is running.
3. The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.
4. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, most volatiles such as low molecular and moisture can be effectively removed.
Filter Exchange System
1. Impurities can be filtered and removed to get the high quality outpur plastic melts.
2. With double screen board, screen changing is driven by hydraulic.
3. Board made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won’t deform after heating.
4. With air accumulator to ensure the screen changing faster and save energy.
5. With magnetic drive valve to control the working.
Die Face Cutting System
1. Cutting the plastic material with high speed rotation.
2. Two types for optional choice, one is horizontal die-face cutter, another is vertical die-face cutter.
3. With the die, water ring cover, blade, blade rack. Blades are made by SKD-II steel.
4. Die mold made by 38CrMoALA material with the forging treatment, surface under nitriding treatment and buffing.
Vertical Dewatering Machine
1. Remove the water from the plastic pellets, with high rotary speed 1500rpm, can get final pellets humudity less than 1%.
2. Rotor and cover made by stainless steel SUS 304.
3. Inside rotor is special design as hexagon with better effect.
4. Machine bottom have one waste water collecting tank with filtering mesh to clean the water before drain.
Vibration Screen
2. High-precision screening reach to 96% or above.
3. First layer to screen out bigger size material, good uniform pellet goes out from middle, dust get out from the bottom
4. Made by stainless steel 304
