This MOOGE customized Waste Plastic Hdpe Ldpe Film Recycling Pelletizing Line is a compacting pelletizing machine. It is designed for soft plastic LLDPE film, LDPE film, HDPE film, PE bags, PLA film, etc.

This Pe Hdpe Film Die Face Cutting Plastic Granulator Machine includes two models of machine. One model is the RDS-Series Single Stage Compacting Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line. The other model is the RSS-Series Double Stage Compacting Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line.

Compared with single stage pelletizing machine, double stage works more stable, produces more clean and more density granules. You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanliness of your material.

Compacting Force Feeder

1. Optimal designed guide structure compacts and cuts the material and directs it into extruder screw.

2. The combination of high speed rotary blades and fixed blades inside for better cutting effect.

3. With temperature protection system

4. The compactor where touched plastic material are all made by stainless steel.

Single Screw Extruder

1. A specialized single screw extruder will melt the pre-compacted material

2. No vibrating when machine is running.

3. The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.

4. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, moisture can be effectively removed.

Filter Exchange System

1. Impurities can be filtered and removed to get the high quality outpur plastic melts.

2. With double board made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won’t deform after heating.

3. With air accumulator to ensure the screen changing faster and save energy.

4. With magnetic drive valve to control the working.

Die Face Cutting System

1. Two types for optional choice, one is horizontal die-face cutter, another is vertical die-face cutter.

2. With the die, water ring cover, blade, blade rack. Blades are made by SKD-II steel.

3. Die mold made by 38CrMoALA material with the forging treatment, surface under nitriding treatment and buffing.

Vertical Dewatering Machine

1. Remove the water from the plastic pellets, with high rotary speed 1500rpm

2. Rotor and cover made by stainless steel SUS 304.

3. Inside rotor is special design as hexagon with better effect.

4. Machine bottom with waste water collecting tank with filtering mesh to clean the water before drain.

Vibration Screen

1. With multi-layer sieves to separate the unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging them from the outlet respectively.

2. High-precision screening reach to 96% or above.

3. First layer to screen out bigger size material, good uniform pellet goes out from middle, dust get out from the bottom

4. Made by stainless steel 304
