This is a compacting pelletizer from MOOGE that can process soft plastic materials such as PE PP film, woven bags, jumbo bags, and sheet.

This Plastic Recycling Granulator Pp Film Pelletizing Machine includes two models of machine. One model is the RDL-Series Single Stage Compacting Strand-cooling Cutting Pelletizing Line. The other model is the RSL-Series Double Stage Compacting Strand-cooling Cutting Pelletizing Line.

Double stage pelletizing machine produces more clean and more density granules than single stage pelletizing machine. You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the situation of your material.

Machine Details

PE PP LDPE Plastic Granules Making Pelletizing Machine

Compacting Force Feeder

1. The compactor with blades inside will cut the material into small size and direct them into the extruder screw.

2. With temperature protection system

3. The compactor are all made by stainless steel.

4. With water cooling system

Single Screw Extruder

1. With high temperature will melt the plastic material

2. The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.

3. With double air vent system, low molecular and moisture can be effectively removed.

Hydraulic Screen Changer Machine

1. With double screen board, driven by hydraulic.

2. Board is made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won’t deform after heating.

3. With air accumulator to ensure the screen changing faster and save energy.

4. With magnetic drive valve to control the working.

Die Mold and Water Cooling Tank

1. Material comes out from the die mold in straps, then cooled down in the cold water tank

2. Die mold made by the 40Cr material with forging treatment, surface been nitriding treatment.

3. With valves control the water level

4. Better use the water chiller to cooling the water

Gantry Pelletizer Machine

1. With high rotary speed adjust by inverter

2. With the fixed blade, rubber roller, rotary blades complete one set

3. With air supplying pressure: 0.6-0.8Mpa, need an air compressor

Vibration Screen

1. With multi-layer sieves to separate the unqualified products above or under the screen, then discharge them from the outlet respectively.

2. High-precision screening reach to around 96%.

3. First layer to screen out bigger size material, good uniform pellet goes out from middle, dust get out from the bottom
