Product Description
This MOOGE customized Pe Ldpe Pp Bags Recycling Pelletizing Plastic Film Agglomerator Machine can directly recycle the waste soft thin plastic such as pe films or pp bags into granules.
The particles can be used for extrusion or injection mould machine directly. It also can be further pelletized for some advanced requirements.
Working Principle and Spec.

---When the waste plastic is fed into the chamber, it will be cut into smaller chips due to the high speed ratotion of the rotating blades and fixed blades.
---During the crushing processing, the material that soaked up lots of heat from the frictional movement of the material and the inside wall of chamber will become semi-plasticizing state. The particles will stick with each other.
---Before it sticks each other completely, the cold water pre-prepared is sprayed into the material. The water will be evaporated off quickly and the surface temperature of material drop down quickly. The material will become small particles or granules.
---It is easy to recognize the particles by different size and can be colored by using of color agent being putted into the container during the crushing processing.
