Product Description
This MOOGE customized PP PE LDPE HDPE Film Plastic Pellet Making Machine Granulator Line is a compacting pelletizing machine. It is designed for soft plastic plastic PE PP film, PP woven bags, PP jumbo bags, PP sheet, etc.
This Plastic PP Film Woven Bags Recycling Pelletizing Line includes two models of machine. One model is the RDL-Series Single Stage Compacting Strand-cooling Cutting Pelletizing Line. The other model is the RSL-Series Double Stage Compacting Strand-cooling Cutting Pelletizing Line.
Compared with single stage pelletizing machine, double stage works more stable, produces more clean and more density granules. You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanliness of your material.

Machine Details
Compacting Force Feeder
1. Optimal designed guide structure compacts and cuts the material and directs it into extruder screw.
2. The combination of high speed rotary blades and fixed blades inside for better cutting effect.
3. With temperature protection system
4. The compactor where touched plastic material are all made by stainless steel.
5. With water cooling system
Single Screw Extruder
1. A specialized single screw extruder will melt the pre-compacted material
2. Made by sturdy frame, heavy. No vibrating when machine is running.
3. The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.
4. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, most volatiles such as low molecular and moisture can be effectively removed.
Filter Exchange System
1. Impurities can be filtered and removed to get the high quality outpur plastic melts.
2. With double screen board, screen changing is driven by hydraulic.
3. Board made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won’t deform after heating.
4. With air accumulator to ensure the screen changing faster and save energy.
5. With magnetic drive valve to control the working.
Die Mold and Water Cooling Tank
1. Material comes out from the die mold in strap, then cooled down in the cold water tank
2. Die mold made by the 40Cr material with forging treatment, surface been nitriding treatment.
3. With valves control the water level
4. Better use the water chiller to cooling the water for recycling use
5. Water tank is made by stainless steel
Plastic Pelletizer Cutter Machine
1. With high rotary speed cutting the plastic straps into small pellet, the cutting speed is adjust by inverter
2. With the fixed blade, rubber roller, rotary blades complete one set
3. With air supplying pressure: 0.6-0.8Mpa, need an air compressor
4. Machine is made up of high quality stainless steel, which is sharp and hard-wearing
Vibration Screen
2. High-precision screening reach to 96% or above.
3. First layer to screen out bigger size material, good uniform pellet goes out from middle, dust get out from the bottom
4. Made by stainless steel 304
